王伟毅，博士，自然资源部第三海洋研究所副研究员，硕士生导师，担任中国菌物学会海洋与淡水专委会委员，厦门市科技局专家库成员，国际期刊Frontiers in Microbiology客座编辑，Frontiers in Chemistry评审编辑，Journal of Natural Products长期审稿人，2022年入选福建省高层次境内C类人才。

近年来从事微生物天然药物的生物活性成分研究，利用质谱、核磁共振、计算化学等多学科的技术交叉融合，研究开发抗肿瘤、抗微生物、免疫抑制等海洋活性物质。主持或参与海洋公益性项目、大洋“十二五”、“十三五”专项、科技部国际合作专项、国家自然科学基金、农业部产业体系、福建省自然科学基金等课题10余项，在J. Nat. Prod.、Bioorg. Chem.、Chinese Chem. Lett.、Front. Pharmacol.和Appl. Microbiol. Biotechnol.等期刊发表SCI论文30多篇（其中第1或通讯22篇），授权中国发明专利5项（第1发明人）。
