何建林,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。四川大学华西药学本科,硕士。2008年进入海洋三所工作。2015年前往美国西东大学神经免疫药理研究所访问1年。2017年获南京中医药大学中药药理学博士学位。

从事海洋天然产物干预代谢相关疾病研究。主持科研项目15项;发表研究论文40篇,通讯/第一作者发表SCI论文14篇;获得国家发明专利授权8项。主要创新性成果包括以下三个方面:

(1)发现海洋天然产物DHA缓解神经炎症以及保护肝损伤的新活性,并与相关企业合作开发了高纯DHA的制备方法;

(2)基于肝星状细胞活化机制揭示天然产物抗肝纤维化作用的分子机理;

(3)筛选海洋微生物代谢产物的活性,促进海洋药物开发。
