一、研究领域

主要从事底栖生物生态学、生物多样性和保护生物学等方面的研究工作。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、海洋公益行业专项、大洋专项、极地专项、天然气水合物专项等国家和省部级项目。负责我国南海天然气水合物区勘探和试采生物基线、生物多样性和生物影响研究；完成了大洋45和50航次东太平洋多金属结核合同区底栖生物环境基线调查和参照区选划底栖生物实证对比研究，担任大洋69航次首席科学家在西太多金属结核合同区开展系统的环境综合调查；负责深海多金属结核采矿的影响评价指标定量化阈值研究，参与国际海底管理局开发规章环境条款和配套环境标准的讨论和技术支撑工作；参与联合国海洋十年Digital DEPRH计划；开展了厦门文昌鱼栖息地保护和修复工作，以及我国近海底栖生物多样性和保护研究。
